Front Line Course Listings

Front line employees play vital roles in a community bank’s success and profitability. Not only do they work directly with customers, but they also carry much of the responsibility for regulation compliance and bank security.

ICBM, along with the Center for Financial Training (CFT), offers training sessions designed especially for Front Line staff to help ICBM member banks keep their staff trained and up-to-date. Courses run throughout the year at different locations. Past topics have included a two-part presentation on laws and regulations (including Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Fair Credit Reporting, and the Right to Financial Privacy), and robbery and bank security training.
