Family Held Bank Institute (FHBI)

One component of ICBM Education is the Family Held Bank Institute (FHBI), which is an intense educational experience that integrates the unique needs of a family-run business with succession planning in the community banking environment. Click here to read more about this unique program.

Community Banking Operations Network (CBON)

CBON is your ticket to success! The Community Banking Operations Network (CBON) is an ICBM technology-based forum designed for banking operations personnel. Participants meet three times in a 12-month period to exchange ideas, dissect problems, and discuss operations-related issues.

CBON can help your bank improve operations practices; understand the latest technology products, services and issues; network with other operations professionals; solve operational problems; and gain access to highly respected experts.

Compliance Network

ICBM Education continues to expand the ICBM Compliance Network. Members tell us that compliance and support for compliance officers is one of the most significant issues facing their banks today.

The ICBM Compliance Network groups are kept small enough to allow for more individualized attention, and priorities and topics covered are established by members of the Network. A day-long format divides the time between topical presentation, small group discussions, and networking with other compliance professionals. Participants also receive a compliance newsletter.

Meetings are held three times per year in three different locations: ICBM offices in Eagan; Long Prairie; and Rochester. Times are the same for all dates and locations: 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The 2007-2008 dates are set for:

  • ICBM in Eagan: Dec 4, 2007; Feb 20, 2008 and May 20, 2008

  • Long Prairie: Nov 27, 2007; Feb 12, 2008 and May 13, 2008

  • Rochester: Nov 8, 2007; Feb 5, 2008 and May 6, 2008
