For Immediate Release For more information contact: ICBM Names Doug Krukowski Chief Operating Officer Eagan, MN, February 12, 2004 – The Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM) have named Doug Krukowski as their Chief Operating Officer. “Doug has a strong background in banking and management, and we’re very pleased he has joined us,” said Will Haddeland, ICBM President/CEO. “He has more than 23 years of extensive experience in financial institutions and sales and consulting, and he will bring a unique understanding of banking operations, technology, and bank products and services to the association.” Krukowski most recently held a position with Pinnacle Financial Strategies. Prior to that, he was a Regional Manager with Aurum Technology and a Senior Manager with RSM McGladrey Inc. His banking experience includes several years with Norwest Banks and with a community bank. He is a graduate of the School for Bank Administration and was Board President of the American Institute of Banking. Krukowski begins his duties on March 1. Krukowski is a native of Rosemount, MN. He and his wife, Jean, son, Alex and daughter, Lauren, reside in Waconia, MN. ICBM, headquartered in Eagan, represents nearly 300 independent community banks throughout Minnesota with assets exceeding $19 billion. The association’s mission is to provide active leadership for its members on programs, products, services and the preservation of a competitive environment.
